Disinfection Process: To protect customer health, every parcel is thoroughly disinfected before leaving our warehouse, which may add extra processing time.

 

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time (typically 48 hours) + Shipping Time

 


 

How to Check if Your Order Has Shipped

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor its progress. If you don’t see this email, please check your spam folder and ensure your account settings and network connection allow our messages through.

 


 

Why Is My Order Split Into Multiple Shipments?

The total weight exceeds the limit for a single box.

Your order includes pre-sale items.
