At VodaBeba, we take great confidence in the quality and design of our products. However, we understand that personal preferences may vary. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer comprehensive customer support to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
Return & Refund
You may return items within 15 days from the date of package receipt. Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at vodabeba@gmail.com to notify us of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason.
Step 2: Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team to pack and ship the item(s).
Step 3: Drop off your package at your local post office.
Return packages should be sent to the address provided by our customer service team.
Step 4: We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned item(s). A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been issued.
Step 5: The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.

Please Note:
The original shipping fee and insurance costs are non-refundable.
Foreign transaction fees are non-refundable.
Please be aware that some bank cards may charge additional foreign transaction fees due to lack of USD settlement support. These fees are collected by your bank and are not eligible for refund.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We cannot accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
Clearance items (as marked on our website) and free gifts are not eligible for return.
We do not accept returns that do not follow our stated instructions.
Freight To Collect (FTC) service is not available for returned items.
